Special attention should be given to those employees and agents with previous compliance or disciplinary problems. Finally, Members must periodically evaluate the effectiveness of their electronic communications review procedures and modify them as necessary.” It is Turnkey’s view that NFA will soon start auditing for training compliance with respect to electronic communication policies and associated behavior.
